Analisis Bibliometrik dengan PoP dan VOSViewer terhadap Gangguan Pola Tidur pada Wanita Menopouse di Google Scholar

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menopause merupakan fase alami yang dialami setiap wanita dan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak, salah satunya gangguan tidur yang menjadi masalah tersendiri. Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan dan tren penelitian mengenai gangguan tidur pada wanita menopause secara internasional melalui metadata Google Scholar. Metode: Penelusuran dilakukan pada rentang waktu tujuh tahun terakhir (2017–2023) di Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci menopause dan sleep disorder. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan berdasarkan tahun terbit publikasi, jumlah, dan persentase artikel per tahun. Pemetaan tren penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Publish or Perish (PoP), sedangkan peta bibliometrik disusun dengan aplikasi VOSviewer. Hasil: Penelitian mengenai gangguan tidur pada wanita menopause dalam tujuh tahun terakhir menunjukkan tren penurunan. Jumlah publikasi tertinggi tercatat pada tahun 2018 (25,53%), menurun menjadi 19,15% pada tahun 2019, dan 2,12% pada tahun 2023. Pemetaan bibliometrik menghasilkan lima kluster utama, yaitu menopause, obstructive sleep apnea, patient, relationship, risk, dan sleep quality. Kesimpulan: Jumlah publikasi terkait kualitas tidur pada wanita menopause yang terindeks h-index dan g-index di Google Scholar mengalami penurunan, namun hingga akhir 2023 topik ini masih diminati. Variabel yang banyak dianalisis dalam beberapa tahun terakhir meliputi sleep disorder, fatigue, dan menopause risk.
