Meningkatkan Kontrol Kecemasan Mahasiswa Keperawatan Tingkat Akhir Melalui Transformasional Leadership: Literature Review

Latar Belakang: Mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir memasuki fase banyak tekanan dan tuntutan untuk menyelesaikan studi. Tekanan dan tuntutan menjadi stresor yang berpengaruh dan menyebabkan kecemasan. Stresor yang dihadapi seperti proses pengerjaan tugas akhir yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat stres dan kecemasan. Mahasiswa memerlukan metode dalam mengatasi masalah stresor yang terjadi seperti pengaplikasian Transformasional Leadership (TL) dengan metode motivasi dan dorongan untuk menajemen masalah stresor. Mahasiswa dapat menerapkan TL sebagai ketrampilan untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Terutama dalam mengatasi kecemasan akibat stresor yang terjadi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang cara atau upaya dalam meningkatkan kontrol kecemasan mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat akhir melalui TL. Metode: Pencarian artikel melalui Sciencedirect, PubMed, Ebsco Host, dan Google scholar dengan tahun terbit 2019 hingga 2024. Proses pencarian mengutamakan artikel lengkap dengan abstrak, penelitian kuantitatif, baik secara RCT ataupun Quasy Experimental, dianalisa menggunakan Arksey dan O'Malley scoping review. Hasil: Kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mengatasi kontrol kecemasan pada mahasiswa keperawatan tingkat terangkum dalam komponen: 1) individual consideration, 2) inspirational motivation, 3) intellectual stimulation, and 4) idealistic influence. Kesimpulan: Pengaplikasian TL efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa yang mengalami kecemasan menjalani proses perkuliahan tingkat semester akhir dan membantu mahasiswa dalam mengontrol kecemasan.
