Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perundungan merupakan perilaku berulang yang ditujukan kepada individu yang tidak mampu membela diri, dengan dampak negatif signifikan terhadap penyesuaian psikologis dan sosial remaja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh perundungan terhadap kesehatan mental remaja melalui analisis bibliometrik. Metode: Data dikumpulkan dari basis data Scopus pada November 2024 menggunakan kata kunci TITLE-ABS-KEY ("mental health" AND bullying AND adolescent) dengan rentang publikasi 2019–2024. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer 1.6 dan fitur Analyze Results untuk memvisualisasikan serta menganalisis kata atau frasa pada judul dan abstrak artikel. Hasil: Dari 1.098 artikel yang dianalisis, jumlah publikasi menunjukkan fluktuasi signifikan pada periode 2021–2023. Amerika Serikat menjadi negara dengan publikasi terbanyak, sedangkan Yen, C.F., merupakan penulis paling produktif dengan 12 artikel. Sebanyak 91% dokumen berupa artikel penelitian dan 9% merupakan ulasan. Analisis bibliometrik mengidentifikasi lima cluster utama, dengan kata kunci dominan meliputi bullying victimization, risk factor, youth, dan adolescents. Kesimpulan: Publikasi terkait dampak perundungan terhadap kesehatan mental remaja pada 2019–2024 mengalami tren fluktuatif, dengan dominasi publikasi oleh Amerika Serikat dan kontribusi signifikan dari penulis Yen, C.F.
