Perbedaan Pengetahuan Remaja Putri Sebelum dan Sesudah Edukasi Kesehatan Berbasis Video Animasi Tentang Pencegahan Anemia di Daerah Perbatasan RI-RDTL

Latar Belakang: Anemia masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan pada remaja putri dengan konsekuensi yang dapat memengaruhi kondisi fisik dan fungsi kognitif. Edukasi mengenai pencegahan anemia diperlukan untuk membangun pemahaman remaja, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan video animasi sebagai media pembelajaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menganalisis perbedaan pengetahuan remaja putri mengenai pencegahan anemia sebelum dan setelah memperoleh edukasi kesehatan berbasis video animasi di SMA Negeri 3 Atambua. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif ini menerapkan rancangan quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sebanyak 60 siswi direkrut secara consecutive sampling. Pengetahuan diukur sebelum dan setelah intervensi menggunakan kuesioner 14 item, kemudian perubahan skor dianalisis dengan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Rata-rata skor pengetahuan berubah dari 10,48 pada pretest menjadi 13,10 pada posttest. Peningkatan skor ditemukan pada 59 responden, sedangkan satu responden memperoleh skor yang sama pada kedua pengukuran. Analisis menunjukkan perbedaan skor yang bermakna antara pretest dan posttest (Z = -6,726; p kurang dari 0,001). Kesimpulan: Pemberian edukasi kesehatan berbasis video animasi diikuti oleh peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri mengenai pencegahan anemia.
