Abstrak

 

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara tingkat pendapatan dan kesejahteraan terhadap kebahagiaan karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia Bandar Lampung melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10 karyawan yang dipilih secara purposive, dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara semi-struktural untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik, dimana data diorganisasikan dan dianalisis berdasarkan tema-tema utama yang muncul selama wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan kesejahteraan mempengaruhi tingkat kebahagiaan karyawan, meskipun faktor-faktor lain seperti dukungan sosial dan hubungan kerja juga berperan penting. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana karyawan merasakan kebahagiaan mereka dan bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut saling terkait dalam konteks pekerjaan mereka di PT Pos Indonesia.
