Hubungan Pendapatan Dan Kesejahteraan Terhadap Kebahagiaan Karyawan PT Pos Indonesia Bandar Lampung

Penelitian ini melibatkan partisipasi penuh dari 100% karyawan yang diwawancarai, yaitu sebanyak 10 karyawan, yang memberikan wawasan beragam mengenai pengalaman mereka di tempat kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 70% karyawan percaya bahwa pendapatan yang memadai berkontribusi langsung terhadap kebahagiaan mereka, yang menyoroti pentingnya aspek finansial dalam mencapai kesejahteraan emosional. Selain itu, 60% responden mengindikasikan bahwa kesejahteraan, yang mencakup kesehatan fisik dan mental, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kebahagiaan mereka, sehingga menekankan perlunya pendekatan holistik dalam konteks pekerjaan. Dukungan sosial juga terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam kebahagiaan karyawan, dengan 80% karyawan mengakui bahwa interaksi sosial dengan rekan kerja dan atasan berperan dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan mereka. Di sisi lain, 50% karyawan menekankan bahwa hubungan kerja yang baik dan lingkungan kerja yang positif berkontribusi pada kepuasan dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Selain faktor-faktor tersebut,40% responden menyebutkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan kesempatan untuk belajar juga berkontribusi pada kebahagiaan mereka, menunjukkan bahwa aspek profesional dan pertumbuhan pribadi juga memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memuaskan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan karyawan di PT Pos Indonesia Bandar Lampung.
