Pengembangan Media Audiovisual sebagai Edukasi Keluhan Seksual dan Dyspareunia pada Wanita Post Histerektomi

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Histerektomi adalah tindakan pembedahan yang memiliki  efek samping terganggunya anatomi fisiologi organ reproduksi dan menyebabkan gangguan seksualitas setelah histerektomi. Gangguan seksual dan dyspareunia jika tidak diatasi maka menyebabkan harga diri rendah, masalah interpersonal, ketidakpuasan seksual dan menurunnya kepuasan hidup. Kehidupan seksual wanita post histerektomi kurang mendapatkan perhatian karena dianggap topik yang tabu untuk dibicarakan, sehingga pasien merasa malu untuk mengungkapkan masalahnya. Tujuan: Mengembangkan media audiovisual sebagai edukasi pada pasien post histerektomi yang mengalami keluhan seksual dan dyspareunia serta mengetahui kevalidan media tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pakar ahli (media dan materi) dan subjek uji coba (wanita post histerektomi) atas indikasi benigna. Hasil: Hasil validasi oleh pakar materi menunjukkan kelayakan sebesar 86,4% dengan kategori layak dan predikat sangat baik. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh nilai 90% dengan kategori layak dan predikat sangat baik. Hasil uji coba terhadap subjek memperoleh kelayakan sebesar 89,2% dengan kategori layak dan predikat sangat baik. Kesimpulan: Media audiovisual memiliki kategori layak dan predikat sangat baik. Media audiovisual dapat diterima oleh pengguna sasaran, mudah dipahami, serta mampu memberikan informasi yang jelas dan bermanfaat terkait keluhan seksual dan dyspareunia.
