ANALISIS INTERVENSI FISIOTERAPI PADA PENYAKIT PARKINSON MENGGUNAKAN VOSVIEWER

Abstract

Penyakit parkinson ialah  penyakit neurodegeneratif progresif yang banyak ditemukan pada lansia di seluruh dunia. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh adanya penurunan jumlah dopamin di otak. Karakteristik parkinson ditandai dengan gejala berupa tremor, rigiditas, bradikinesia, serta hilang refleks postural tubuh. Tindakan kuratif yang dapat diberikan ialah berupa fisioterapi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menaganalisis variasi intervensi fisioterapi pada lansia dengan penyakit parkinson. Metode penelitian ialah kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Database yang digunakan ialah Scopus. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyaringan artikel sesuai kriteria menggunakan harzing’s publish or perish (PoP). Kriteria artikel yang diambil ialah artikel yang dipublikasikan selama tahun 2018 hingga 2022 dengan menggunakan kata kunci. Penyaringan artikel menghasilkan sebanyak 67 artikel. Analisis selanjutnya menggunakan VOSviewer dari artikel yang sudah didapatkan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat dua jenis intervensi fisioterapi yang dapat diberikan pada parkinson yaitu intervensi konvensional dan modern. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua modalitas tersebut dapat memberikan dampak baik bagi kualitas hidup pasien
