Updates to Physio Journal Policies, Templates, and Submission Guidelines
Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,
We would like to inform you that Physio Journal has implemented several updates and policy adjustments as part of our commitment to improving journal quality, strengthening editorial standards, and supporting the journal’s development toward higher national accreditation and international indexing.
The updates primarily concern the following areas:
- Manuscript Template
Physio Journal has introduced an updated manuscript template to improve consistency, readability, and compliance with current scholarly publishing standards. - Title Page Template
A separate Title Page is now required to support the journal’s double-blind peer review process. Authors are requested to submit author identities, affiliations, corresponding author information, and required declarations in this file. - Submission Guidelines
The Author Guidelines and Submission Preparation Checklist have been revised and expanded. Authors are expected to carefully follow the updated instructions before submitting their manuscripts. - Additional Required Declarations
Submitted manuscripts may now require clearer statements regarding:- author contributions,
- conflict of interest,
- source of funding,
- ethical approval, when applicable,
- acknowledgment,
- and the use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in manuscript preparation.
These revisions are intended to enhance the scientific quality, transparency, and integrity of published articles, as well as to align Physio Journal with best practices in scholarly publishing.
We kindly ask all prospective authors to download and use the latest template and submission guidelines available on the journal website before making a new submission.
Thank you for your continued trust and support for Physio Journal.
Sincerely,
Editorial Team
Physio Journal
